The room was a reasonable size. When I travel to Japan I normally stay at the APA hotel in Yachio and the room's there are tiny. The room was clean and comfortable; the desk setup was perfect for business.

Breakfast catered to Japanese population after 5 days I was tired of croissants some pancakes or pastries would have been nice location was good

Breakfast is good and healthy. Great work keeps it up. I am not sure if I forget to pack my prayer when packing. If you could locate it and mail it back to me I would most greatly appreciate it. I can pay for the return mail postage.

The staff were exceptionally polite and helpful made checking in a great experience.. it’s 5 minutes walk from chiba new town station.. only 30 minutes directly from terminal 2 at Narita The hotel is very close to supermarket and the mall with many fast food outlets and shops within easy walking distance

The property is clean, the breakfast is excellent, the location is good and the staffs are helpful. A young female staff who worked late night shift, whose name might be 小野さん, has left an unforgettable impression during my stay. She tried to provide me with valuable information. I was very lucky and grateful to meet her. Many many thanks to her!!! Thanks again for asking for review, I have intended to express my gratitude to her. So thanks for the opportunity to give me a chance to thank her!

Efficient comfortable rooms. Very clean hotel. Breakfast was included and the staff were super friendly. We used it as a home base to visit Tokyo one day and Naritasan Park another day.

Good location. Near to station. Direct train to/from Narita airport. Neighboring restaurants give offer to hotel guests.

Location was very accessible from the train station and surrounded by shops and eateries.. paid parking was available and it was a good location to explore Inzai area and drive to Narita Omotesando

Friendly staff; brand new facilities that are extremely clean; convenient access to airport via train; nice mall and grocery nearby in Tokyo suburbs

The room was clean. The hotel is located near the Chiba Chuo station and around 30mins from Narita airport. It's also near a shopping plaza where you can easily find places to eat. I love their Japanese style breakfast.
